"Georgia Omarah's music is written from the heart ... An outstanding musician and lyricist, one of Devon's musical treasures."

Ted Evans - Riviera FM

"It only takes a second for my eyes to mist up as her gentle yet powerful vocals pour out the beautifully crafted lyrics to yearning hearts ...
engulfs the listener with love and understanding! Georgia's music is a therapy all of its own!"

Pik Rawlings - Mama Pik Music

Georgia Omarah has made the music scene stand to attention with her performances of a beautiful and organic nature. Georgia has been compared to many great artists such as Adele, Birdy, Joni Mitchell and Carole King, yet still creates a unique performance time and time again. She has a reputation for captivating the audience with powerful, evocative songs.

Her songs have become well known and her song "Moving On", which appeared on her debut EP really moves people. Her music speaks to people in a way that creates comfort and says, "I'm here for you", when you most need it.

You'll mostly hear her music as a two piece with Simon McGinnes on piano. Georgia has a condition called Functional Neurological Disorder which means playing the piano isn't always possible but together, they bring a professional performance and capture the audience's hearts.

Her genre described by many as a pop blues and soul infusion has stolen the hearts of many music fans and musicians alike.

Georgia released her debut EP "Take My Hand" and is currently working on the next EP.

She has played at Grinagog Festival and Glas-Denbury (on the Soundlaunch Stage), and more recently at Paignton Regatta, Bradnich Musical Gardens & Music Festival, Staverton Party in the Park, Goodrington Cantina, The Waterfront Exeter, Café 3 Sixty in Bovey Tracey, Exeter Street Arts Festival, and Dawlish Music Festival as well as numerous gigs for Macmillan Green Light Unplugged events throughout Devon.

Georgia has also appeared on many radio stations including BBC Introducing, Radio Exe, Radio Walkham, Riviera FM and Phonic FM on many occasions.
